The Family Ministry of Alleluia! Lutheran Church (Dublin, Ohio, USA)
Our adult and elementary Sunday School is held at 9:15 a.m. during the school year. A staffed nursery is available from 9 a.m. to Noon. Middle school (Confirmation) and High School groups (F.E.E.T) meet weekly after worship at our church office. Check the website for more information and our current topics.
There are virtually no equipment needs for this program. They don't have anything in the program that would be applicable to a screen or projector. This is not a high tech application. On the other hand they seem to be relying heavily on class room settings where their posters can be hung. They suggest creating things like boats out of chairs and netting to fit the lesson theme. I do not think this is a good fit for Alleluia.
I taught Witness last year. There was a lot more preparation than I would have liked, especially when I only had two kids. One class I was supposed to bake bread in the church kitchen. Oops! We don't have a church kitchen. The kids were suposed to knead the dough and shape it for baking. My daughter never said that they were using Witness for the rest of the year. I did like the focus on faith traits.
